My order showed up in good shape overall. The box was a little bent on one side, but the cap itself didn’t have any real damage or anything. Everything inside was fine, so I’m happy with it...

I wanted to like these, but the whole time I was kind of thinking, “Hmm… are these actually authentic?” The brand options weren’t great either, so that didn’t help much. Maybe it’s just me being skeptical, but I didn’t feel super confident about what I got. I probably wouldn’t order again

I had a frustrating time trying to do a return and exchange. The replies took forever, and the instructions weren’t really clear, which made it feel like they were making a simple issue harder than it had to be. I ended up having to keep chasing them just to get it sorted...

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: my cap showed up faster than I expected and the tracking updated without any issues, so that part was solid. The only thing I’d warn people about is the packaging—it wasn’t the best and could’ve been a little more protective. Mine arrived okay, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, I’m happy enough because the shipping was quick.
"Cheap junk of a cap, not worth the money"
I ordered a cap from thecapcity.com this thing was a total dud. The stitching looked like some sloppy amateur job, with loose threads hanging everywhere, and the material felt cheap and flimsy compared to the photos.
I wore it maybe twice before the shape started getting all weird and the brim looked bent out of place. For the price, I expected way better than this bargain-bin nonsense. Definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

My tracking basically just sat there for days with no real updates, which was super frustrating. I emailed to ask what was going on, but the response didn’t really clear anything up, so I was just left guessing where my package even was. A friend had recommended thecapcity.com to me, so I expected it to be a smoother experience, but I wouldn’t order from them again

I was a little disappointed because the design didn’t really look that close to the pictures. It’s not terrible, and it still looks kind of nice in its own way, but I also wouldn’t say it matched what I thought I was getting.
